On March 15, 2016 UniVaultage received its first patent, U.S. Patent No. 9,288,204, for UniVault®, the world's strongest single-factor authentication and key derivation system. Our second patent, U.S. Patent No. 9,516,015, a continuation of the '204 Patent, issued on December 6, 2016. We filed a Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) patent application, application no. PCT/US16/44738, designating the world on July 29, 2016. We filed a continuation-in-part (CIP) patent application on October 27, 2016, application no. 15/336,388, which is expected to issue in 2019. We filed another CIP on September 27, 2017, application no. 15/717,140, which issued as U.S. Patent No. 10,015,163 on July 3, 2018.
This serves as notice of patent marking pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 287(a) that one or more claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 9,288,204, 9,516,015 and 10,015,163 cover the following products of UniVaultage:
PassWorks® for iOS, all editions except Generator, Version 1.1 and subsequent
PassWorks® for macOS (formerly Mac OS X), all editions except Generator, Version 1.1 and subsequent

On August 16, 2016 UniVaultage filed applications for trademark registration for the trademarks UNIVAULT and PASSWORKS, based on actual use in commerce in the United States. These marks were registered on March 21, 2017, Reg. No. 5,166,219 (PassWorks) and Reg. No. 5,166,220 (UniVault).
